Sewing

After the bulk bags are sewn together, each bag is inspected for consistency in the sewing pattern. During this step we also check for any loose thread and other hanging finishes to ensure the bag's appearance and quality.

At Anthente, we take pride in the quality of our bulk bags. As part of our Quality Management System we have created a staff certification and improvement program where employees are closely monitored for consistency and quality by our senior staff. Our program requires annual re-certification before the workers are deployed to the factory floor.
